• Private-private and visible only to the user
• Password protected-The file can be accessed by any user who knows the password of File Protection
• Restricted to members-shared only with certain Members
• Add to an existing folder-adding the file to a directory; It is considered that the directory may be in turn or shared, and the file will thus take the privacy configuration of the Director

How to add a file to an existing directory

1. Select the privacy of ADD to an existing folder
2. Type the name or at least the beginning of the desired directory name

How to share a file with other users

1. Select the confidentiality of Restricted to members
2. Type the name of the member (user) you want to share

4. The name of the chosen user is displayed

5. In case the user has been wrongly chosen, it can be erased by pressing the x sign

6. If you do not want to edit the file, you can cancel it by pressing the Cancel button
