Allows actions on multiple conversations at once.

How to access

The functionality can be accessed from any list of messages, i.e. Received, important, sent.

  1. Select conversations that want to be affected

How to use

  1. To select all conversations, check the box in the table head
  2. Press the Bulk Actions button below the table
  3. For selected messages, choose the option:
    • Mark Unread-marks the messages as not readable-can only be used for read messages
    • Mark Read-mark the messages as read-can be accessed only for unread messages
    • Delete-delete messages-can be accessed for any messages
    • Remove Star-Remove the Important mark-is only available for messages marked as important
    • ADD Star-marks messages as important-is only available for messages that are not marked as important
  4. Press the Apply button
